By downloading, installing, or using the Super Charge Finder mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Super Charge Finder is a mobile application that helps users locate electric vehicle (EV) charging stations worldwide. The App provides:

• Interactive map displaying EV charging station locations
• Search and filter functionality for finding specific types of stations
• Station details including power levels, connector types, and operator information
• Ability to save favorite stations
• Directions to charging stations via Apple Maps integration

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

3.1 Third-Party Data

Charging station information is provided by Open Charge Map, a third-party service. We do not verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

3.2 No Warranty

Charging station information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Stations may be:

• Out of service or under maintenance
• Incompatible with your vehicle
• Restricted to certain users or require payment
• Located in areas with limited accessibility

We recommend verifying station details and availability before traveling to a location.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Proper Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

4.2 Location Services

You are responsible for ensuring your device has location services enabled if you wish to use location-based features. You understand that disabling location services may limit App functionality.

5.1 Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.2 No Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Inaccurate or incomplete charging station information
• Issues arising from third-party services (Open Charge Map, Google AdMob, etc.)
• Lost time, inconvenience, or costs incurred traveling to charging stations
• Damage to your vehicle or property
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

5.3 Safety

IMPORTANT: Do not use the App while driving. Always obey traffic laws and exercise common sense when traveling to charging stations. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Charging station data is provided by Open Charge Map and subject to their terms of use.

7. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or any products or services advertised. Clicking on advertisements is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
